TransPro LLC (“TransPro,” “we,” “us”) provides weekly personal-use, rideshare and delivery car rentals in Detroit Metro. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or apply to rent, and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, driver’s license details, driving history, and rental preferences. We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type and the pages you visit on our site.
How we use your information

- • To manage your rental agreement, payments, and vehicle maintenance.
- • To send you service updates and appointment reminders by phone, email, or text.
- • To respond to support requests and meet legal and insurance requirements.
How we share your information
We do not sell your application information or share your application answers with third parties for their advertising. We disclose information only to service providers that help us operate the application and rental, to insurers or verification providers when needed for rental eligibility and coverage, or when required by law. Those providers may use the information only for the service they perform for us.
Mobile Information Sharing
We do not share mobile phone numbers or information related to SMS messaging with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS Opt-In Disclosure
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from TransPro LLC Rental Cars. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
After you reply STOP, we will only send you a confirmation that you have opted out, and we will not send you further marketing or promotional texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Advertising measurement and cookies
We use Meta Pixel on application pages to measure page visits and completed applications and to understand whether our advertising is effective. Meta Platforms receives browser and device information, cookie identifiers, the page visited, and the application-completion event. We do not include your application answers in that event and do not use customer-list matching through this website.
Where advertising consent is required, Meta Pixel remains blocked unless you accept advertising measurement. We record your choice, when it was made, the notice version, the advertising-measurement purpose, and Meta as the recipient. You can reject as easily as you accept, and you can withdraw or change your choice anytime through Cookie settings on an application page. A later choice applies immediately and we do not replay events that were blocked earlier.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our rental services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.
Your choices
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by calling us at (248) 690-6006. You may also email info@booktranspro.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal requirements.
